About and Contact
We build inspection software that uses your CAD model as the ground truth, so a new product variant is a file upload rather than a data-collection project.
What we do
Conventional machine-vision inspection needs examples of every defect you want to catch, which means months of collecting and labeling images before the first useful result — and starting over for each variant. We invert that. The CAD model already describes what the assembly is supposed to look like, so we compare the captured image against the model and report where reality departs from it.
That comparison runs against images from existing industrial cameras, uploaded photos, or a phone, and reports missing and misaligned components at the station while the unit is still in front of the operator. See how it works for the full sequence.
Talk to us
The most useful first conversation is usually a station viability check: you describe the station and the parts you need verified, and we tell you honestly whether it is a good fit, what the camera placement would need to be, and where the hard parts are. That costs nothing.
