Import your CAD file. The system extracts component geometry and assembly structure automatically, so the model itself becomes the inspection ground truth. There is no defect library to collect and no labeling pass — a new product variant means uploading its CAD file, not retraining a model.
Capture Your Assembly
Upload images, connect an existing industrial camera stream, or scan a QR code to capture from a phone. No specialized cameras or 3D scanners, and nothing added to takt time.
Get Real-Time Alerts
Each captured frame is aligned to the CAD model and compared component by component. Missing and misaligned parts are flagged at the station with a visual overlay showing what differs from the model, while the unit is still in front of the operator.
Track Over Time
Every inspection is recorded against its station, unit, and timestamp. Monitor pass and fail rates over time, spot trends, catch regressions, and keep a traceable record for each unit that left the line.
